If your package is marked "Delivered" but you do not receive it, please wait up to three days to see if the package arrives. We offer free returns. Just use the postage paid label that we include in your package. We will refund your purchase price when we receive your items. Because we only carry a limited number of each of the styles featured on the site (we can’t have everyone wearing the same thing, now can we?) we cannot always offer exchanges.
All returns must be received within 30 days of the date that we ship out your order. Please allow 5-10 days for package transit back to us. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.
Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way, with all tags still attached. Sorry, we will have to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
Include your original packing receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
