We are so excited you are interested in doing some online boutique shopping with Epiphany Boutique!  We are tickled pink! 

All orders received Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will ship out within 5 business days.

ALWAYS FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $100!  Flat rate under $100 is $8.75. Sorry, once an order is placed we have no good way to allow changes and/or cancellations.  We ship to the US only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit cards, and all debit cards.

Once you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and we won’t have any additional tracking information beyond what is available through the carrier. 

If your package is marked "Delivered" but you do not receive it, please wait up to three days to see if the package arrives. Sometimes the item is scanned on the courier's truck prior to final delivery. You may also check with your neighbors, around your property, or common areas of your complex for the package.

Package Protection

We offer optional package protection insurance at checkout through Navidium to be able to assist you quickly and easily in the case of loss or theft of your package while in transit. By selecting Package Protection at checkout and paying an additional fee of 2.5% of your order subtotal, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. If your order never arrives or is damaged when it arrives, you can easily file a claim with our team and receive a replacement (if item is not sold out) a store credit, or refund. 

Terms and conditions for optional package protection: 

If your package has been marked "delivered," but you have not received it, please wait at least 3 days, but no longer than 15 days, after delivery confirmation to contact us. 

  • For packages marked delivered, but still have not been received 3 days after delivery confirmation (and no longer than 15 days), please contact us. We will issue you a replacement. If a replacement cannot be sent (sold out – we sell out quickly and don’t reorder) we will issue a gift card for the original purchase price or refund your original purchase method, your choice!
  • For packages not marked delivered and presumed lost by the carrier, we will issue a gift card for the original purchase price or refund your original purchase method.
  • For items damaged by the courier, we will issue you a replacement. If a replacement cannot be sent (size sold out) we will issue a gift card for the original purchase price or refund to your original form of payment.

To file a claim, contact us at support@epiphanyclothes.com  with your order number, contact info, and a description of the problem, and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days. Please use subject line: "Package Protection Order ####". 

RETURNS:

All of us here at Epiphany Boutique really, really, want you to be happy! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, then please let us know!

We offer free returns.  Just use the postage paid label that we include in your package.  We will refund your purchase price when we receive your items.  Because we only carry a limited number of each of the styles featured on the site (we can’t have everyone wearing the same thing, now can we?) we cannot always offer exchanges. 

All returns must be received within 30 days of the date that we ship out your order. Please allow 5-10 days for package transit back to us. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.  

Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way, with all tags still attached. Sorry, we will have to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Include your original packing receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)

Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
