Refund policy

Thanks for your interest in ordering from Epiphany Boutiques! We are tickled pink! All orders received Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will generally ship out within 48 hours. Once you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. All of our packages are shipped via USPS or UPS and can be tracked with the provided tracking number.

We offer FREE shipping for every order over $100, otherwise it is a $8.75 flat rate! Sorry, once an order is placed we have no good way to allow changes and/or cancellations. We ship to the US only.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit cards, and all debit cards.

RETURNS:

All of us here at Epiphany Boutique really, really, want you to be happy! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, then please let us know!

To help us help you, please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If you think that you’ve received a defective item, please contact our customer service team at info@epiphanyclothes.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team at info@epiphanyclothes.com as soon as possible so that we can take care of it!

Items can be returned for refund to the card on which it was purchased.

Because we only carry a limited number of each of the styles featured on the site (we can’t have everyone wearing the same thing, now can we?) we cannot offer exchanges. We will  be happy to issue you a refund to your form of payment.

All returns must be received within 30 days of the date that we ship out your order. Please allow 5-10 days for package transit back to us. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.

All jewelry sales are FINAL unless defective.

Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way, with all tags still attached. Sorry, we will have to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Include your return form and original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)

Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.We recommend sending your package USPS, UPS or FedEx so you will have a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

To mail a return, please use the label that was sent with your package.
