Refund policy

RETURNS:

All of us here at Epiphany Boutique really, really, want you to be happy! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, then please let us know!

We've made returns simple! All returns are processed through our online return portal powered by Redo.

How It Works:

  • 1. Visit our return portal here.
  • 2. Enter your order information.
  • 3. Select the item(s) you'd like to return.
  • 4. Choose your return method.
  • 5. Print your return label (or use a QR code if available).
  • 6 Drop off your package and you're all set!  Your refund will be applied as soon as we get your package.

We're always happy to help! If you have any questions about a return, simply email us at returns@epiphanyclothes.com and we'll be happy to assist.

All returns must be received within 30 days of the date that we ship out your order. Please allow 5-10 days for package transit back to us. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.  

Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way, with all tags still attached. Sorry, we will have to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Include your original packing receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)

Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
