Dames and Daughters: Mandy and Anna

     This week on the blog we are featuring another one of our lovely employees, Anna and her mom Mandy! It is always so fun to be able to take pictures of and write about one of our employees, so without further a-dew...

     Mandy has been the Children's and Preschool Director at Clements Baptist Church for 13 years. Her and her husband, Barry, will have been married for 25 years this September (congrats!). She is the mom to her beautiful child, Anna! 

     Anna is attending school at Calhoun Community College but is planning to transfer to UNA soon! She hasn't selected a major yet, but we know she will do great things! Working for us at Epiphany is her first official job but she has always helped her mom with her ministry!

     We asked Anna and her mom a few questions so that you guys could get to know them better! 

Where and what would you eat on a special night out?

     Mandy: Peter Luger, Brooklyn, NY. I hope I get to go there again!

What is the most relaxing place you can think of?

     Anna: The most relaxing place I can think of is sitting in my bathtub at home reading a book.

What is your favorite TV show ever?

     Mandy: Friends

Where is your favorite place to spend a Saturday night?

    Anna: My favorite place to spend a Saturday night during Summer would definitely be out on our pontoon boat watching the sun set with all my friends! 

What was your favorite song in high school?

     Mandy: Faithfully by Journey

     Anna: My favorite song when I was in High School would be Just the way you are by Bruno Mars. He is my absolute favorite I love every one of his songs!

What is your favorite thing about Anna?

    Mandy: It will be hard to narrow it down to just one thing, but if I must, I would have to say her beautiful smile. She exudes the love of Christ through the way she smiles, loves and cares for people. She has always woke up with a smile on her face, ready to face the day! Her smile is just an outward symbol of the wonderful, beautiful person she is inside and out!

What is your favorite thing about your mom?

     Anna: My favorite thing about my mom is her personality! She is the funniest person I know! She always says what's on her mind and never let's what people say get to her I love that! I secretly love when people say that I am just like her because she is awesome!
